We are not hiring right now. Our team of 108 is complete for today’s client work, so there are no open positions and we are not taking applications for SEO, PPC or content roles.

What’s next: AI-first roles

The way we work is changing fast. Our specialists now work alongside AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT every day, and our next hires will be built around that. We plan to open a small number of new roles in 2027.

AI Search Specialist

Gets brands named and linked in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

AI Workflow Engineer

Builds the agents and automations, with Claude and similar tools, that run research, reporting and quality checks.

Agentic Web Developer

Builds fast websites that AI agents and search engines can read, use and recommend.

Growth Data Analyst

Turns Search Console, GA4 and AI search data into clear decisions for clients.

Who we will look for

You use AI tools every day and can show what you have built with them.
You measure your work in numbers: rankings, traffic, leads, hours saved.
You write clearly and can explain technical work to a client.
You learn fast, because the tools change every month.
