Refunds

Our monthly fee pays for work as it is delivered: research, technical and on-page fixes, content, outreach, AI visibility tracking and reporting. Payment covers services already delivered, so it can’t be refunded once the work is done. We don’t offer money-back guarantees, because no agency controls how search engines or AI assistants rank and recommend websites.

What we do commit to

  • White-hat methods that follow search engine guidelines.
  • The monthly work included in your plan.
  • A clear monthly report on what we did, what changed and what’s next.

Cancelling

Plans run month to month with no minimum term. Either party can stop at the end of any month without notice, and no further months are billed. Any unpaid balance for work already delivered is due on cancellation.

Non-payment of monthly fees

If a payment hasn’t been received, further work pauses until it is. If you expect a delay, please let your account manager know.
