Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every SEO, GEO (AI search), paid advertising and digital marketing service provided by SEOValley Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U72200MP2005PTC018099), 210A, Corporate Zone, Capital Mall, Bhopal, India 462026. Together with the proposal or plan you accept, they form the whole agreement between us. Any change must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.

Our approach

  • We use white-hat methods only: no link schemes, private blog networks, paid link farms, cloaking or other tactics that break search engine guidelines.
  • We don’t guarantee any position in Google or any mention in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overviews. Our work makes your site easier to rank, quote and recommend, and we report what changes each month.
  • We can’t promise a set level of traffic, leads or sales, because search engines and AI systems are outside our control.

Before we start

You confirm that, to your knowledge, your website does not use duplicate sites, doorway pages, hidden links, cloaking or deceptive redirects, and has not bought links, joined link farms or used automated link or submission programs. Please tell us about any past Google penalty or earlier link building. If we find such practices during the campaign, we will explain the risk, and we may pause work until they are fixed.

What we need from you

  • CMS (for example WordPress) admin access, plus hosting, FTP or CDN access where needed, so we can make the SEO changes.
  • Access to Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Google Business Profile (we’ll send simple steps).
  • Permission to make changes for optimization and to talk directly to third parties such as your web developer when needed.
  • Approval of keywords and content before publication, and timely answers to our questions. Where new page copy is needed, we can write it at an additional cost or work from your text.
  • Permission to use your logos, images, product information and other materials for the purposes of the campaign.

Scope

  • Each plan includes the monthly work set out in the proposal or plan you choose.
  • We fix issues directly related to SEO. Our audit may report other issues (for example design or development changes, dynamic URL rewriting, or making a site mobile-friendly). We can handle those at an additional cost.
  • We may suggest design changes to improve enquiries and sales. These are optional, and we can make them at an additional cost.
  • Advertising spend, paid placements, premium listings and other fees charged by third parties are paid by you unless your plan says otherwise.

Payment

  • Month to month, with no minimum term. Invoices are issued on the start-date anniversary each month and are payable within 7 days, unless agreed otherwise.
  • If a payment hasn’t been received, further work pauses until it is.
  • Payment methods: bank wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card (Stripe, 2Checkout or Razorpay).

Ending the agreement

Either party can stop at the end of any month without notice. Any unpaid balance is due on cancellation. Payment covers services already delivered, so it can’t be refunded once the work is done. See our Refund Policy.

Non-compete

While we work together, SEOValley won’t provide services to a company that directly competes with you.

Hosting

Your website should not be hosted on free web space or rely on framed domain forwarding. If your hosting is slow, unreliable or shares an IP address with harmful sites, we may recommend moving to another hosting provider.

Case studies and references

With your permission, we may name your company and describe the work and results in our case studies and marketing. We never add links to our own site on your website without your written consent.

Your content

You confirm that the material on your website and the material you supply to us does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, is not unlawful, obscene or defamatory, and does not contain misleading advertising or misleading price comparisons under the laws that apply to your business.

Liability

We accept no liability for loss of service, unavailability of files, damage to data, or the failure of hosting, equipment, communications or other services outside our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Confidentiality and legal requests

We don’t disclose client information without the client’s written consent, except where required by a judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena or other legal process served on SEOValley Solutions Private Limited.

Acceptance

Your signature on a printed copy of these terms is not required. Accepting our proposal or using our services counts as acceptance, with the same effect as signing a printed copy.
